This Muruga or Karthikeya temple is located in Vridachalam in TamilNadu. It is around 3 hours travel from Chennai.

This is a very unique temple where Lord Muruga serves as a judge. Devotees from all over the world come to this temple and offer their prayers for a fair judgement or justice done to them. If they feel that in a legal process, they have been denied justice.

In the temple office they pay a small sum and get a sheet of paper. They enter all their problems and submit it at the feet of the deity. Later the priest ties the paper to a tree in front of the Muneeswaran who is the guardian deity of Lord Murugan. This Muneeswaran takes the role of an lawyer to fight the devotee case in the court of God.This entire puja is done in full faith and in the belief that the Lord is the supreme judge and dispenser of justice.

Sri Ilayanar Velur Murugan Temple, Kanchipuram

It is a 1000 year old Murugan/Karthikeya temple located near Kanchipuram (8 kms from Walajabad and 2 kms from Kavanthandalam). Unlike other Murugan temples where the Lord has 2 consorts - Valli and Devasena, here they appear in a single from called Gajavalli.The village itself gets its name from Vel (spear).

There is a separate shrine for Vel or the spear of Lord Murugan and till date nobody has been able to identify the base of this spear or the depth to which it goes. The is 6 feet tall and is known by the name of Balasubramanya.This temple has been sung by Arunagirinathar in his Tirupugazh.

Devotees who are having problems with their careers/jobs offer their prayers in this temple and get it resolved.

यह मंदिर एक १००० वर्ष पुरातन है जो कांचीपुरम (वलजाबाद से ८  किलोमीटर की दूरी पर और कावनथंडलम से २ किलोमीटर तक है ) दुसरे मुरुगन मंदिरो से अलग यहाँ देव कार्तिकेय/मुरुगन की दो सहचरियां है - वाली और देवसेना।  यहाँ ये एक ही रूप में है - गजवल्ली।  इस गाव का नाम वेल  (भाला) से पड़ा है।

इस स्थान पर एक तीर्थ स्थल है जो श्री मुरुगन के वेल (भाले) के लिए है और आज तक कोई यह पता नहीं कर पाया है की यह भाला कितनी दूर तक धसा हुआ है।  यह ६ फुट ऊँचा है और इसका नाम बालसुब्रमनिया है।  इस मंदिर के बारे में संत अरुनगिरीनाथर ने तिरुपुगाज़ः में गाया  है।

नौकरी तथा व्यवसाय में समस्याओ से जूंझ रहे लोग यहाँ पूजा अर्पण करते है।

Sri Balamurugan Adimai Swami of Ratnagiri temple, Vellore

This swamiji observes complete silence since 1960s. He communicates to people with a slate and chalk. He is all the time clad in an half covered dhoti only and lives in the temple since 1960s. He is a great example of simplicity and devotion. Today the temple runs a hospital,school and performs several social service activities in that area.

ये मौन व्रत धारण किये हुए है और स्लेट पर लिख कर बात करते है।  वे सिर्फ एक धोती पहने मंदिर में रहते है।  यहाँ ये १९६० से है।  उनका जीवन साधारण और भक्तिपूर्ण है।  आज इस मंदिर द्वारा अनेको जनहित में जारी कार्य किये जाते है। हस्पतालों और स्कूलों में काम भी इस मंदिर द्वारा किये जाते है।
